Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Advyx. They tell you what you get, what you pay, and what you must not do. Please read them before you use the Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Advyx is a service of Nera Trading. Nera Trading is a sole proprietorship in India.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator above.

2. The words we use

  • Service — the Advyx website, the agent dashboard, and everything we supply through them.
  • Poster — a marketing image that we make available in the Service.
  • Account — your personal login to the Service.
  • Trial — the first 3 days, which are free.
  • Month of Access — one paid period of 30 days that you buy. You buy each Month of Access separately.
  • Download — one Poster that you save with your name, your mobile number and your punch line on it.
  • Period — one Month of Access, that is 30 days.

3. Who can use the Service

You can use the Service only if all of these are true:

  • You are 18 years old or more.
  • You sell or advise on insurance in India.
  • You give correct details when you register.
  • Indian law does not prevent you from using the Service.

4. Your Account

  • Your mobile number identifies your Account. Use one Account only.
  • Keep your password secret. Do not let another person use your Account.
  • You are responsible for all activity in your Account.
  • Tell us at support@advyx.in if you think that another person uses your Account.

5. What the Service gives you

The Service gives you Posters for your insurance business. You can:

  • Look at the Posters in the dashboard.
  • Add your name, your mobile number and your punch line to a Poster.
  • Download the Poster as an image file.
  • Share the image on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other channels.

We add new Posters regularly. We can add, change or remove a Poster at any time.

6. The free Trial

  • The Trial is free. It continues for 3 days.
  • You do not give a card, a bank account or a payment mandate to start the Trial. We cannot charge you during the Trial.
  • You can make 2 Downloads on each day of the Trial.
  • An unused Trial Download does not move to the next day.
  • Each Account gets one Trial only.
  • When the Trial ends, your Downloads stop. Nothing is charged. You can then buy a Month of Access. See clause 7.

7. A Month of Access and the price

  • A Month of Access costs ₹749. This price includes GST. We can offer a lower price with a discount code.
  • Each Month of Access is a separate payment that you make yourself. There is no automatic renewal. We never charge you again on our own.
  • You can make 2 Downloads on each day of the Period.
  • An unused daily Download moves to the next day. The total for one Period cannot be more than 60 Downloads.
  • If you buy a Month of Access while a Period is still active, we add the new 30 days to the end of that Period. You do not lose the days you already paid for.
  • A discount code applies to one payment. It does not apply to a later payment.
  • We can change the price. Clause 14 explains how we tell you.

8. How you pay

  • Razorpay collects all payments for us. Razorpay is our payment partner.
  • You do not give a payment mandate. There is no UPI Autopay and no card e-mandate. You complete a payment each time you want a Month of Access.
  • We never see or keep your card number, your UPI PIN or your bank password. You give these details to Razorpay only.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees.
  • If a payment does not complete, you do not get the Month of Access, and no money is taken.
  • We give you a GST tax invoice for each payment.

9. Stopping, and refunds

There is nothing to cancel. You do not have a mandate with us, so no payment can happen without you. To stop, simply do not buy another Month of Access.

When you stop, this is what happens:

  • Your access continues until the end of the Period that you already paid for.
  • On that date, your Downloads stop.
  • We do not give a refund for the current Period or for any earlier Period.
  • You keep the Posters that you downloaded while your Account was active. See clause 10.
  • You do not get the Trial a second time.

10. What you can do with a Poster

We own the Posters, or we have permission to supply them. You do not become the owner of a Poster.

While your Account is active, we give you a licence. The licence is personal to you. You cannot transfer it. Under this licence you can:

  • Use a Poster to market your own insurance business.
  • Put a Poster on your social media, your status or your website.
  • Send a Poster to your clients and to possible clients.
  • Continue to use a Poster that you downloaded while your Account was active, also after your access ends.

You must not:

  • Sell, rent or give a Poster to another person or agent.
  • Supply Posters as part of a different product or service.
  • Remove or hide the Advyx watermark on a preview image.
  • Say that you made the Poster or that you own it.
  • Use a Poster after we close your Account for a breach of clause 12.

11. Your duties as an insurance professional

A Poster is marketing material. A Poster is not insurance advice, and it is not a policy document.

  • You are responsible for everything that you publish. This includes the Posters that you share.
  • You must obey the rules of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), and the rules of your insurer.
  • You must add your own licence details, registration number or disclosures, if a rule tells you to add them.
  • You must not change a Poster to make a false or misleading claim about a product.
  • You must check that a Poster is correct for the product that you sell before you publish it.

We do not check your published material. We are not responsible for it.

12. What you must not do

  • Share your login with another person.
  • Use a program or a script to collect Posters automatically.
  • Try to reach the images without the download function.
  • Try to break, overload or test the security of the Service.
  • Copy, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to break a law.

If you do one of these things, we can stop your Account immediately. We do not give a refund in this case.

13. Availability of the Service

  • We try to keep the Service available at all times.
  • We do not promise that the Service is always available.
  • We can stop the Service for maintenance, for repair, or for a reason that we cannot control.
  • We can change or remove a function of the Service.

14. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms and the price. If we make an important change, we tell you by email, or we show a message in the Service. We tell you a minimum of 14 days before a price increase starts.

If you continue to use the Service after a change starts, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy another Month of Access before the change starts.

15. Our responsibility

We supply the Service with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for a loss of business, a loss of profit, a loss of client, or a regulatory penalty that follows from your use of a Poster.

For any claim, our total responsibility to you is limited to the money that you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes a right that Indian consumer law gives you and that a contract cannot remove.

16. Law and disputes

The law of India applies to these terms.

The courts at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute.
